The X-ray Department is an essential and indispensable part of the Diagnostic Imaging Division of the Hospital. A multitude of high tech equipment have been installed which includes:
1. Digital Radiographic & Fluoroscopic Machine
2. Dual Energy X-ray Absorptionmetry Scanning Machine
3. Mammographic Machine with Stereotix
4. 3D Sonographic Machine ( Sono CT )
5. Mobile X-ray Machine
A wide range of diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures can be performed using the above instrumentation. Apart from the standard radiographic examination, we also have Digital Subtraction Angiography, Ultrasound Guided Needle Biopies and Drainages, 3D Sonography with Vascular Colour Doppler Studies, Mammography with Stereotatic Localization, Bone Density etc.
Together with our professional radiologists and competent staff, fast and accurate diagnostic information can be delivered to our patients. Our department will continue to strive for improvement and perfection, aiming to provide excellent service to the general public.
Besides servicing staying in our hospital, we also provide out-patient service. All examinations require referral from a registered practitioner.
