Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor the implementation of organizational policies and plans
  • Monitor the environment to facilitate safety, security and optimal health for both clients and staff of the department
  • Ensure the smooth operations and administration of the department to improve standard of care

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist supervisors in oversee the operations and administration of department

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform medical laboratory tests and examination on various types of pathological specimens for diagnosis and treatment of disease
  • Responsible for accurate result reporting, critical laboratory results handling and related records keeping

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide customer-orientated concierge services to referral customers/patients, including but not limited to arrangement of bookings, admission and discharge
  • Handle administrative and clerical works related to insurance pre-approval / direct billing, pre-admission and communication with internal customers

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating the maintenance requirements, maintenance schedule, record and repair progress, and payment with contractors
  • Attend meetings and inspections for the maintenance and A&A projects
  • Assist in managing a maintenance team to resolve emergency fault and perform corrective and preventive maintenance works of building service system
  • Prepare preventive maintenance schedule for the E&M installations
  • Prepare technical reports and maintain comprehensive maintenance records
  • Assist in supervising the outsourced contractors to ensure the works are completed on time and with a high level of quality
