  • 負責一般醫院設施保養及維修,包括︰泥水、油漆、細木工、亮漆、安裝鎖及其他簡單配件、一般供水、排水安裝及維修等。
  • 負責日常或突發機械設備(包括鍋爐、各類型壓縮機、水泵)及洗衣房設備、日常電力系統、特低壓設備、家電、空調系統及冷凝裝置。
  • 執行醫院各項設備和儀器的裝置、運作、修理及保養於良好及安全水平。
  • 協助處理醫院緊急維修及緊急事故,如水、電、消防火警系統及醫療氣體供應故障等。
  • 協助督導初級技工及提供技術意見。
  • 協助定期視察院內各樓宇設備之狀況,並跟進維修事宜。
  • 協助監察承判商之安裝和維修等工作,並提供技術意見。
  • 輪班當值。
  • 執行上級指派的其他職務。
 
資歷:
  • 能讀寫中文及簡單英文,操流利粵語及簡單英文。
  • 最少五年相關工作經驗(其中最少兩年必須為取得牌照後之經驗)。
  • 持有不少於一個下列的牌照︰
    • 電業工程人員註冊證明 / 鍋爐管理員執照 / 建造業工人註冊管理局註冊為熟練/半熟練技工 / 註冊小型工程承建商(個人)註冊證 / 密閉空間(核准工人) 牌照 / 水喉匠牌照
  • 持有認可「建造業安全訓練證明書」(即建造業平安咭)。
 
優先考慮條件:
  • 具備泥水、油漆、木工及一般供水、排水安裝及維修工作經驗。
  • 具備醫院的工作經驗。
  • 中三程度或具同等學歷。
  • 工業學院或職業訓練局開辦之下列課程:
    • 合格的「建造業工藝測試」證書 / 水喉技工證書 / 電機工程證書 / 屋宇裝備工程證書 / 電子技工證書等
  • 完成勞工處的學徒培訓課程或建造業議會提供的技能培訓。
