  • Oversee the operations and administration of the Department

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, plan and perform physiotherapy treatments to members individually or in group according to members' need
  • Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to develop, implement, and regularly review individual care plans
  • Provide services at locations including but not limited to hospital to meet operational needs
  • Educate members and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise
  • Supervise support staff and provide training and guidance on best practices in physiotherapy

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the procurement team in stock management including drug ordering and receiving, redistribution of pharmaceutical goods, stock taking, drug exchange and review/update price list
  • Maintain a good filing system to ensure stock related records are appropriately documented and maintained
  • Assist in filing of prescription, e.g. Medication Order Entry (MOE) prescriptions, fax order prescriptions, and record disposal
  • Liaise with Domestic department to arrange drug transportation, e.g. emergency drug borrow from other hospital, drug exchange

  • Provide customer service in a professional, attentive and polite manner
