We value your feedback as it helps us to continually improve our services. Positive comments encourage our staff to continue delivering high-quality service, while suggestions or negative comments enable us to enhance our services. Should you wish to provide feedback, you may:
1) Speak directly with the nurse-in-charge or the department-in-charge on site;
2) Contact our Customer Service Department at 2830-8888 (a voicemail service is available outside office hours);
3) Complete the Service Satisfaction Survey Form, available here, as well as in all wards and departments;
4) Send your comments via email to enquiry@stpaul.org.hk, or by post to St. Paul's Hospital, No. 2 Eastern Hospital Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
All written feedback will be brought to the attention of hospital management and the relevant wards or departments for appropriate follow-up. Any complaints that require a response will be addressed promptly by the Customer Service Department. Should you remain unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the Secretariat of the Committee on Complaints against Private Healthcare Facilities at 3107-2667 for further assistance.
